Privacy Policy

This Policy applies to all personal information that Photo&Timbo Yer receives from users of the Sites.

The purpose of this Policy is to ensure the proper protection of personal information that the User provides about himself/herself when using the Site, Services or in the process of registration (creating an account), for the purchase of goods/services, non-exclusive license from unauthorized access and disclosure.

The relationship regarding the collection, storage, distribution and protection of the information provided by the User is governed by this Policy.

By registering on the Site and using the Site and Services, the User expresses his full consent to the terms of this Policy.

If the User does not agree with the terms of this Policy, the use of the Website and/or any Services available through the use of the Website must be immediately terminated.

In case of disagreement with receiving information from Photo&Timbo Yer and/or Affiliates, the User may unsubscribe from the mailing list:

in the personal account on the Site by removing the previously selected options; by sending a notification to e-mail [email protected] or by contacting the Contact Center by phone.

Upon receipt of notifications to the e-mail [email protected]

or upon telephone contact to the contact center in special software for the accounting of actions on the relevant User, an appeal is created based on the results of the information received from the User. Appeal is processed within 24 hours at most. As a result, information about the User is not included in the mailing list segment for the relevant region.

Purposes of collecting, processing and storing information provided by users of the site

Photo&Timbo Yer processes the personal data of the User for the purposes of:

• To identify the party under the agreements and contracts entered into with Photo&Timbo Yer and/or Affiliates;
• provide goods/services, non-exclusive license, access to the Site, Services to the User;
• communicating with the User, sending transaction letters to the User at the time of receipt of an application for registration on the Site or receipt of payment from the User, sending notices to the User, inquiries;
• sending messages of advertising and/or informational nature to the User – not more than 1 message per day; checking, researching and analyzing such data in order to maintain and improve the services and sections of the Site, and to develop new services and sections of the Site;
• conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data.

Conditions of processing of personal information provided by the User and its transfer to third parties

Photo&Timbo Yer takes all necessary measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

Photo&Timbo Yer gives access to the User’s personal data only to those employees, contractors and affiliated parties who need this information to ensure the functioning of the Site, Services and provision of Services, sale of goods, obtaining a non-exclusive license from the User.

Photo&Timbo Yer has the right to use the information provided by the User, including personal data, to ensure compliance with the requirements of current legislation. The disclosure of information provided by the User may be made only in accordance with applicable law at the request of court, law enforcement agencies and in other cases stipulated by law.

Photo&Timbo Yer does not verify the accuracy of the information provided by the User, and assumes that the User, in good faith, provides accurate and sufficient information, takes care of the timely correction of the information provided earlier if necessary, including, but not limited to, changing the phone number.

Terms of use of the site, services

By using the Site, the User confirms that:

• has all necessary rights allowing him/her to register (create an account) and use the Site’s Services;
• provides accurate information about himself/herself in the amounts necessary to use the Site’s Services, the mandatory fields for further provision of the Site’s Services are marked in a special way, all other information is provided by the User at his/her own discretion is aware that the information on the Site posted by the User about himself/herself may become available to third parties not stipulated in this Policy, and can be copied and distributed by them;
• is familiar with this Policy, agrees with it, and accepts the rights and obligations specified therein. Familiarization with the terms of this Policy and checking the box below the link to this Policy constitutes the User’s written consent to the collection, storage, processing and transfer to third parties of personal data provided by the User.

Photo&Timbo Yer does not verify the accuracy of the information it receives (collects) about Users, except when such verification is necessary in order to fulfill its obligations to the User.

For the purposes of this policy, personal user information means:

Data provided by the User independently when using the Site, Services, including, but not limited to: name, surname, gender, cell phone number and/or e-mail address, marital status, date of birth, hometown, family ties, home address, information about education, occupation.

The data automatically transmitted to the Services while using them by the software installed on the User’s device, including the IP-address, cookie information, information about the User’s browser (or other program with which the User accesses the Services), access time, the address of the requested page.

Other information about the User, the collection and/or provision of which is defined in the Regulatory documents of individual Services of Photo&Timbo Yer.

Changes and deletion of personal data

The User can at any time change (update, supplement) the provided personal information or any part of it, as well as the parameters of its confidentiality by using the function of editing personal data in the section or in the personal section of the relevant Service. The User shall take care of making changes to the previously submitted information in a timely manner, updating it, otherwise Photo&Timbo Yer shall not be liable for failure to receive notifications, goods/services.

The user can also delete the personal information he/she provided within a certain account. In this case, deleting the account may make it impossible to use some Services.

Changing the Privacy Policy

Photo&Timbo Yer has the right to change this Privacy Policy. If the current version is amended, the date of the last update shall be specified. The new version of the Policy shall be effective as of the date it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
